01Member Eligibility

Eu9my services are open only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements. Our platform is an adult entertainment venue, and we take seriously our responsibility to ensure that only eligible users can access these services.

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and during use of the platform.
• An individual acting on their own behalf, not as a representative of any third party.
• Not subject to any local legal restrictions regarding online gambling in your current location.
• Not listed on the self-exclusion register of any recognized gambling platform.
• Not declared bankrupt or currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings.

Eu9my reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or termination.

02Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register and own one (1) account only at eu9my. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or device, is strictly prohibited.

• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The registered username must match the name on a valid identification document.
• An active email address is required for account verification and official communications.
• Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any party.

The registration process at eu9my is simple and fast. Once your account is activated, members must complete the identity verification (KYC) process to unlock full withdrawal functionality. Documents typically required include a national ID, passport, or valid travel document.

03Deposit & Withdrawal

Eu9my supports a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysia users. All financial transactions are processed through channels protected with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your financial data.

Deposits made by members must use a payment method registered in the member's name. eu9my does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit suspected to originate from an unauthorised source will be investigated and potentially reversed.

• Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe depending on the payment method.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.

• All withdrawals will be credited to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, except in special circumstances requiring an alternative method.

04Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by eu9my are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated in each offer. Members are advised to read the full terms of each promotion before accepting it.

• Welcome bonuses are only eligible for new members making their first deposit.
• Each member is only eligible to receive each type of promotional bonus once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must first meet the specified wagering requirements.

05User Conduct

All eu9my members are required to conduct themselves politely and responsibly while using the platform. We aim to maintain a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all users.

The following are strictly prohibited on the eu9my platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate the system.
• Exploiting platform bugs or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Uploading or sharing offensive, obscene, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Any form of fraud, identity falsification, or money laundering activity.

06Account Security

The security of your account is a shared responsibility between eu9my and its members. Our platform provides advanced security layers including data encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and continuous monitoring for suspicious activity.

• Members are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
• Passwords should be changed regularly and must not be shared with anyone.
• Members must log out of their account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Any unauthorized access should be reported to our support team immediately.

Eu9my will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials. However, we are committed to assisting in the investigation of any security complaints raised.

07Account Termination

Members are free to close their account at any time by contacting the eu9my support team. Prior to closure, all eligible account balances will be returned to the member via a suitable payment method, once the verification process is complete.

Eu9my also reserves the right to terminate or suspend any member's account in the following situations:

• Violation of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to fraud and system abuse.
• Failure to submit the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

08Liability Limits

Eu9my provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that services will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical delays. We continually strive to maintain platform uptime at 99.9%, however occasional disruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

• Eu9my is not liable for losses arising from unforeseeable technical disruptions.
• Completed game results are final and cannot be altered.
• Eu9my is not responsible for any taxes or levies that may be imposed on member winnings under local laws.

09Terms Amendment

Eu9my reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except in situations requiring immediate action.

Continued use of the eu9my platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Members who do not agree with the changes have the right to close their account before the effective date.
